NonCode aReNA Database is an integrated and non-redundant source of ncRNAs sequences. The database is freely available via an easy-to-use web interface that allows the user to search and retrieve non-redundant lists and sequences of ncRNAs also using their classification in Sequence Ontology (SO). ncRNA sequence annotations are from VEGA, ENSEMBL, RefSeq, miRBase, GtRNAdb and piRNABank.
