Abstract

In this report we describe a workshop organised as part of the Swiss-Colombian project “A pilot integrative knowledgebase for the characterization and tracking of multi resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in Colombian Hospitals” sponsored by the Leading House cooperation & development centre (http://cooperation.epfl.ch/cms/lang/fr/pid/118892) of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale Lausanne (EPFL).
